Level 3 Course is for students who already possess a firm grasp of the world's major wine grapes, appellations, regions and wine labelling. Throughout the Advanced Course, all these aspects are re-visited in depth and detailed viticulture and vinification aspects are covered. Students can expect to learn not just the characteristics of the wine grapes and regions, but also the underlying causes under these characteristics. The course includes a wine tasting in each session, with strong emphasis on developing a sound tasting technique.
